Applications
Psychological
type and spirituality share a great deal of common ground.
The root word of psychology, psyche, means soul; spirituality
deals with that same intangible part of us. Type can:
- Help
you discover methods for prayer, meditation, and dealing
with spiritual issues that are best for you.
- Offer
insights for dealing with challenges to our spirituality-severe
illness, loss, or other suffering.
- Delineate
ways that our spiritual journey can provide richness,
renewal, and rest.
- Clarify
why we stumble or feel blocked in our spiritual growth.
- Provide
direction for how we might contribute to our synagogue,
church, or other spiritual community.
